  • 1 sauce pan with lid

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orzo
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large Vidalia onion
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup kosher salt
  • 1 cup freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • boil water, add orzo, cook to instructions on box
  • drain
  • add butter and milk
  • slowly add cheese while stirring
